In our formative years, ages 3-6 years, our elders, parents, teachers and pastors share with us knowledge and admonitions that are meant to protect us and help develop boundaries. Phrases like “Look both ways before crossing the street” or “Clean your plate before getting dessert” or even “Do you think money grows on trees?” are all well-meant in our early years, but do little if anything to serve our best interests as adults. During this session we will uncover some of the messaging holding you back from attaining your goals.
