WXII 12 TO LAUNCH ME-TV, A NEW DIGITAL CLASSIC TELEVISION NETWORK IN THE PIEDMONT TRIAD, AUGUST 6th

WINSTON-SALEM, NC – 07/25/2012 – WXII 12 is pleased to announce that it is adding Me-TV to its digital television lineup. Me-TV (Memorable Entertainment Television), the new digital classic television network from Weigel Broadcasting Co. and distributed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (MGM) is launching in the Triad on August 6th, 2012. Me-TV will be on WXII 12’s secondary channel, WXII 12 Plus! Viewers can see WXII 12 Plus Over-The-Air Channel 12.2 and on cable channel 121. Me-TV features a wide range of programming which audiences and advertisers find comfortable and engaging. Me-TV’s library includes almost 100 series from Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution, CBS Television Distribution, NBCUniversal Television as well as independent series owners and producers. Me-TV’s line-up include some of the most beloved television programs ever produced, including: M*A*S*H, Perry Mason, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Bob Newhart Show, the original Star Trek and Hawaii Five-O series.

Me-TV will be replacing This Carolina which is the current secondary channel for WXII 12.
