DESCRIPTION:The Fine Arts Festival AssociationPresents the2008 Fine Arts Festival Although the Folk Festival has moved it's program to the Fall\, the Arts Festival will continue our tradition of bringing fine art to the community again this Spring. Entry packet will be made available for pick-up on March 25 at any of our Rockingham County Library locations. Entry dates for Writing and Music are April 18\, 2008 - 10am to 7pm All other entries must be in by April 22 - 10am to 7pmorApril 23 - 10am - 2pm We anticipate this years Festival to be the best yet\, so make plans to attend now!
