DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to:\n\n\n    His Path Developmental Day Program\n\n          Informational Meeting\n\n   May 14\, 2019            7:00-8:30\n\n                1520 South Scales Street\nParticipants: individuals 18 years and older with intellectual or developmental disabilities needing mild to moderate support. (Program director and staff will assess applications and accept applicants on a case by case\, first come - first serve basis.) \n\nProgram Goal: to give participants a safe\, Christ centered\, nurturing and interactive environment to be engaged in during the week.  Ensure each participant is involved in meaningful activities which will enhance their abilities to be productive\, contributing and inclusive members of our community. \n\nComprehensive Curriculum to include: vocational exploration\, arts\, agriculture\, social interaction and general academic instruction to promote individual growth and independence. Methodology will also include relevant field trips\, captivating and engaging storytelling\, drama productions and singing as part of their weekly activities. \n\n \n\nProgram Start Date: July 1\, 2019 \n\nA $100.00 refundable deposit along with a completed Registration Agreement is needed to reserve your spot. The formal application process will begin May 2019. \n\nProgram Format: Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM \n\nProgram Costs: $150.00 per week\n\n* Respite care before and after the program will be available \n\nfor an additional cost of $10.00 per hour.
