DESCRIPTION:This seminar will be about a program that would benefit your company by maximizing your company's bottom line in training. In this seminar you will learn how you can gain a great return of investment per employee that you hire in the future with a wonderful program. Piedmont Triad Regional Council's Workforce Development Program is an economic development program that attempts to enhance the Piedmont Triad's economic stability and prosperity by focusing on businesses and their needs. By participating in the Workforce Development Program\, your company could be eligible to partake in the On-the-job Training Program. This program allows qualified employers to receive up to 50% reimbursement of their new employee's salary while in training. Over the past year\, several businesses here in the Piedmont have utilized this program and received $3\,000 to $4\,000 per employee. \n\n\n\nPlease RSVP by Friday\, April 25\, 2014 to ensure a seat will be saved for you. A light breakfast will be served so will need to know how many representatives will be coming from your company. Also\, please plan to start promptly at 9:00 am.
