DESCRIPTION:Smart Start\, CrossFit Reidsville and CrossFit Eden will be hosting a community row-a-thon benefiting the Rockingham County Go Far program\, which helps to battle childhood obesity. The event is open to children ages 6 and above and adults.\n\n\n\nThe GoFar program is a running program implemented in the schools to help get kids running. We believe that kids should stay active and have fun while being active!\n\n\n\nPlease join us to participate!  You may register as an individual rowing in a 15 minute time slot or a 30 minute time slot throughout the day.  You may also register as a team of 4 during a full 1-hour time slot.  \n\n\n\nYou may register by going to www.crossfitreidsville.com and following the Row Hard 4 Go Far links.
