The Building Blocks of Success
Darren Hardy, publisher of Success Magazine, says that success is a habit; a habit that can be developed, sharpened and honed. We propose that there are 16 different habits, that when practiced consistently, provide the pathway, however you define it, toward achieving your goals and realizing personal success.
Of the 16 building blocks, just simply due to time constraints, we will cover five. Five behaviors that can fundamentally change you, your business and your results:

Success Barriers: Do you understand what is holding you back?

Failure: do you fully embrace failure and its wonderful by-products?

Becoming an Effective Decision-maker: What’s your process for making a decision, an important decision in either your business or personal life?

Intellectual Humility: How your feel about yourself determines how willing you are to reach out and ask for help.

Mediocrity is Intolerable: Raise the bar. Shoot higher. Cut loose those relationships and people whose standards are considerably lower than yours. Employees? Friends? Family members that want to drag you into their world and have you settle for less.
