"Building Relationships" and "Relationship Selling" are two of the most overused and meaningless phrases in sales today. Are you selling relationships or are you selling cures for business challenges? Prospects and clients don't want or need to buy new friends. They want their business challenges solved. This session will provide a new perspective, strategy and approach for connecting and building appropriate business relationships with prospects and clients. At the end of the session, attendees will have created their own "30-second commercial" for use in making prospecting calls and attending networking events.
