About Us
Aging, Disability, & Transit Services has been serving older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers throughout Rockingham County for over 50 years. Our goal is to assist our vulnerable neighbors to stay in their homes and community as long as possible. We accomplish this by offering an array of community-based services; LEAF Adult Day Center, Senior Nutrition (Meals on Wheels, Meals With Friends), In-home services, Community Alternatives Program for Disabled Adults (CAP/DA), and Transportation (RCATS/skat).
