10th Annual Walk to Remember

Hospice of Rockingham County's (HRC) Hospice Doves will hold their 10th annual Walk to Remember on Saturday, April 23rd, 2016 on the walking trail at the Upper Piedmont Research Station at Chinqua Penn Plantation. On-site registration begins at 8:30 am and the walk will start at 10:00 am; preregistered walkers may arrive any time after 8:30 am to pickup your tee shirt. Registration fee is $25.00. Participants may also form teams to walk. Proceeds from the walk benefit HRC's uninsured and under insured patients. Memorial doves to be placed on the trail will be available for purchase the morning of the walk for $1.00 each. Refreshments will be available on the walking trail. Hot dogs will be available for a nominal fee at the picnic shelter following the walk. For additional information, please call the Hospice office at (336) 427-9022.
