Finish your last minute Christmas shopping at the #1 shopping entertainment destinations and one of the most popular visitor attractions in North Carolina, Concord Mills features more than 200 stores including manufacturer and retail outlets, off-price retailers and unique specialty stores.  Dine at the food court where you can find your favorite foods at one of the themed restaurants.
As darkness approaches, we will travel to the quiet little town of McAdenville, which lies along the South Fork River in Gaston County, N.C., comes alive in spectacular fashion each year as Christmas draws near.  Almost overnight, the small textile town is transformed into “Christmas Town, USA.”  Hundreds of trees are decorated each year, ranging in height from 6 feet to more than 90 feet.  Only live trees are used. The number of lights on individual trees varies.  As few as 500 lights and as many as 5,000 lights may be used on one tree.
