Volunteer with the American Cancer Society's Look Good...Feel Better program and help women undergoing cancer treatment combat the appearance-related side effects of treatment. It’s like a makeover for the spirit!
The American Cancer Society offers a free 4-hour training for licensed cosmetologists. Once certified, volunteer cosmetologist teams facilitate two-hour sessions with small groups of women going through cancer treatment. Sessions are held the first Wednesday of each month from 10am-12pm at Annie Penn Hospital. Classes are casual, personal and fun!
