Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Moroeton Golf Club

12 noon registration and lunch, 1 pm start
 

• Entry fee of only $40 includes all golf, lunch, dinner, and prizes
• Format is four-player captain's choice. You may bring your own team or register individually
• Turn in form at golf shop or mail to Reidsville Kiwanis Club, PO Box 2, Reidsville, NC 27323 by Friday, September 28, 2012. Limited to first 88 golfers
