Diabetes Class

Classes will be held on Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. in Dining Room A on Annie Penn Hospital’s Ground Floor, and listed Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. in the same location. Each class will cover the following topics: Portion size, food labels, carbohydrate sources, carbohydrate counting, and weight management. No appointment is necessary.
