Change is a necessary and inevitable part of life. Like it or not. At any given time in history, change has been a necessary part of innovation, expansion, new products, expanded territories or worst of all, the obsolescence of a product or service. We know this to be true in our own local economy.
 
Company leaders make change decisions well before sharing the news with their team. They’ve had time to process the change and work through it, then become frustrated because their associates don’t embrace the edict immediately or wholeheartedly.
 
This session will share ideas and strategies that can be used to help your people accept change sooner and a process to clear the way for earlier acceptance.
