Rockingham County Living and Aging Well Expo " Arm Yourself with Good Health"

The Rockingham County Living and Aging Expo is a FREE event geared towards older adults, people who care for older adults, and anyone planning on getting older one day.  The focus of the Expo will be both fun and educational. "Arm Yourself with Good Health" will be the topic this year. There will be health screenings, educational speakers on topics that will include, Nutrition and Diabetic Management, Medicare and Fraud, Stroke Awarness and Fall Prevention, Alzheimers Awareness and Making Your Wishes Known. We will also have entertainment, bingo, door prizes and lunch for seniors ( 55 and older). Transportation will also be provided by RCATS from the Courthouse to the event.
