Are you ready to make a positive impact and create lasting memories in a fun-filled setting? Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Center is seeking responsible and enthusiastic individuals for the Summer 2026 season and we want YOU to join our team!
Situated on 220 beautiful acres in Reidsville, NC, we offer traditional, overnight, summer camp experiences to campers ages 8-17 and serve over 800 youth from a wide range of communities each summer. Camp activities offered include: archery, arts & crafts, canoeing, challenge course, climbing wall, environmental education, goat husbandry, swimming, and more!

Benefits:
- Starting pay of $300-$425 (varies depending on position), paid out bi-monthly
- Housing provided for duration of employment in gendered cabin spaces
- Meals/snacks provided during camp sessions (Sunday – Friday)

- Activity Counselors (Areas may include: Arts & Crafts, Archery, Climbing Wall/Challenge Course, STEM)
- Lifeguards
- Aquatics Coordinator
- Healthcare Staff
- Lead Staff (Prior camp experience required)
