Charlie Poole announces big move
The Charlie Poole Music Festival (formerly held in Eden) will be held on the campus of Rockingham Community College during the summer of 2018.
The festival's parent organization, Piedmont Folk Legacies looks forward to the increased participation and support this change of venue will allow in enhancing this celebration of our cultural heritage.
The Charlie Poole Festival celebrates the rich heritage of Rockingham County's native son, Charlie Poole and has enjoyed more than 20 years presenting local, regional and national talent. In order to adequately prepare for this exciting move, there will not be a festival this year.
