City's New IT Director
Ms. Shirrell Williams has joined Team Reidsville as the City’s new Information Technology Director effective January 9, 2023. She replaces Ms. Rhonda Wheeler, who retired in December of 2022. Ms. Williams has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology with more than 14 years in local government. She comes to Reidsville from the City of High Point, where she was a PC Network Analyst and IT Desktop Manager. She also has experience in municipal budgeting, project management and disaster

Earn college credits in short sessions WENTWORTH – Many classes are offered in short 8-week sessions at Rockingham Community College this spring, making it easier for busy students to earn the credits they need. The first 8-week session runs Jan. 9-March 6, and the second session runs March 7-May 5, which enable students to earn more credits in one semester by taking back-to-back short sessions.
