the increased risk of recidivism escalates.

J.O.T.O. provides a holistic approach enabling
men and women to regain control of their lives,
their families and their future.
Upon completion of this program,
J.O.T.O. staff works with Triad Goodwill business partners
to help graduates secure gainful employment.

Jobs on the Outside - ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Must have a criminal background
Must not have charges pending
Must be at least 16 years of age
Must attend Orientation
