We are not all alike. And your direct reports are not like you. Yet we have a natural tendency to assume everyone is like us. And we manage people under the very same assumption.
 
We are going to take a look at two things that can immediately distinguish the people who work for you. Their personality style and communications preferences.
 
Using the DISC model for personality style we’ll dissect the four fundamental styles and how each will typically act and behave.
 
We will also introduce another concept – communications preference. Visuals, Auditories and Kinesthetics process information differently. Visuals see the world. Auditories hear the world. Kinesthetics feel the world.
